Morrissey, 05/20/07 Murat Center, Indianapolis

Last night, Candace and I went to see Moz at the Murat Center. The Murat is a great venue, an old Shriner Temple (replete with large Scimitar atop spire) distinctively Arabic and wonderful late 19th century design. There was a lot of material from the last two albums, as well as some old favorites (including some Smiths songs).

One particularly interesting thing was the unexpected performance of Suedehead, the promotional video for which was originally shot in Fairmont, Indiana.

i've always liked it when he did "disappointed" last - this is the last song i'll ever sing (boo!), no no no i've changed my mind again (cheers!)
